Begin With A Blank Slate

A picture, as they say, is worth a thousand words, and when you're telling people how to do something, pictures, or better yet, video, could be the best use of your time. But the persistent danger of being identified as the next "Star Wars Kid", or the socially edgy nature of a particular lesson might be keeping you from expressing yourself in this wonderful web medium.

Enter Blank. Blank was brought into the world as the first open-source identity to address this problem. Think of Blank as your pen name for the Internet.

This identity, neither man nor woman, gives you the freedom to do what is really important, interesting, relevant, cool, or just plain fun. Check out the tutorial video to make your own Blank mask, then let your imagination run wild.

There will be periodic listings on the blog of "Calls For Blankers" to explore some certain idea that might be interesting. Also, the weblog will feature all your Blank creations. Just make Blank, upload the video to Google video or You Tube, and drop an E-Mail to blankmakes(A)blogspot.com. Until then, the listed categories are just possibilities of what you can make Blank make.
